The DIY conversion kit for a Telecaster-style guitar: a fanned-fret 26.5″–25.5″ neck and a compensated stainless bridge. Unscrew the old ones. Screw these in. Keep the body, the pickups, everything else.

On a regular guitar the scale is a compromise: long enough for the thin strings, too short for the thick ones. A multiscale fans the frets so every string gets the length it actually wants — longer on the bass side, shorter on the treble.
- ToneIncreased tension on the low strings, the way a heavier gauge fattens a tone — without the heavier gauge.
- IntonationMore accurate across the whole set. The bass strings do not stretch as far on a hard pick attack, so you lose the pitch spike in the initial note.

- RangeDrop-tune the low strings or raise the high ones and keep both usable.

Neck
Multiscale 26.5″–25.5″ Eastern European hard rock maple. Dual truss rod system, accessible for adjustment, with double titanium reinforcement rods. This is the critical part of the guitar and it is built like it.
Bridge
Custom compensated stainless steel by AlBridge, with poly-coated bell bronze saddles — not brass — protected against rust and tarnish. Carbonated steel screws, heavy-duty intonation springs. No rattling, no loose saddles.
Available in gun-metal grey satin or shiny polished. Mounting hardware included. Same four neck screws, same bridge hole layout as the original.
Drop-tune the low strings, or tune the high ones higher.
Sustain fuller tones on the lower strings.
Get brighter tones on the upper strings.
Improve intonation across the whole set.
Even up string tension for more even playing.

This kit was very easy to install on my Telecaster — just four screws for the neck and the same screw holes for the bridge. Replaced the tuners on the neck. And the tone! Holy moly, the tone of my Telecaster became more open and even. Left hand just flying over the neck. Very pleased.
